Face Coverings – All team members will be wearing face coverings at all times. We also require any vendors or service contractors to wear face coverings while on property.
Social Distancing – To limit contact without compromising the Wooly’s experience, guests will see visual cues and signage to ensure six feet of separation is maintained. Additional measures include limited occupancy, safely spaced guest seating, and potential barriers in areas.
In-Store Cleanliness – We increased protocols for regular cleaning and sanitation. High touch items such as condiment bottles, utensils, and salt & pepper shakers will be replaced by disposable menu and single-service items, when possible.
Wellness Checks – Team members participate in daily wellness checks before the start of shifts. Additionally, they will learn and execute new safety practices in their routines to protect themselves and our guests.
